Ingredients

  • Maicda 1cup


  • Eggs 2


  • Carrot grated 2 cups


  • Sugar 1 cup


  • Milk 1 cup


  • Chop mixed nuts 4 tsp


  • Milk 2 tsp for brushing


  • Icing sugar 2tsp


  • cocopowder 1tsp

Directions

  • Take a bowl add half cup of sugar and eggs mixed and beat.
  • Take a bowl add maida mix water and make a dough keep a side.
  • Take a pan add grated carrot,milk,nuts and sugar add cook for dry form and carrot soft.
  • Take a maida dough make a roti cut in any shape fill with carrot pudding and seal them.
  • Take a brush dip in milk and milk wash for carrot empnadda.
  • Then pre heated Airfyer then bake empnadda for 10 minutes in 120 degree.
  • After bake garnish cocopowder and icing sugar.
